Caribou is the departure point for seasonal ferries to Prince Edward Island.

It’s a tiny community set along Nova Scotia’s Northumberland Strait and just a few kilometers from Pictou.

From Caribou, you can simply meander along the wharf, take a ferry to the beaches of nearby Pictou Island or visit Caribou-Munroes Island Provincial Park for swimming, walking and camping.
